The beginning. Always the hardest thing to do. For starters, I am going to ask You kindly, all my future readers (if there is going to be the future and if so, if the actual readers are going to be involved in it), to excuse my language mistakes and possible misunderstandings. I pledge my commitment to answer on every your comment, dilemma, question or critique.
Isn't it just obvious, that I don't have a slightest idea of what I'm doing ? It is, ist't it ?
Well, this is where you're entering and helping me out. This is the exact moment.
But... before that, I would like to present to You my general idea for this project - mainly by composition of tags that I am going to introduce gradually into the blog. Fields of study description was also a task I had to finish for tomorrows classes, so I did it anyway.
Here it goes :
Cultural generation - Cultural generations are cohorts of people who were born in a certain date range and share a general cultural experience of the world. (Wikipedia)
Generational Communication Code – commonly used terms, words and phrases in certain milieu. / common for certain generation / They are actually being used during the communication process, so there is a need to distinguish them from other terms, values, ideas important for an individual, but hidden in his private code. (My definition inspired by Polish sociologist and pedagogue Hanna Świda-Ziemba)
- A story that is created in a constructive format (as a work of writing, speech, poetry, prose, pictures, song, motion pictures, theatre or dance) that describes a sequence of fictional or non-fictional events (Wikipedia)
- In human science, narration is treated in three different ways: as a single text/story/statement generated in the natural language (written or oral), as a more objective text belonging to the cultural heritage (myths, archetypes etc.), or as a certain text of a certain person. In psychological comprehension narration is a fundamental manner for organizing one’s knowledge - individual knowledge determined by both, subjective biography, experiences, as well as more objective social and cultural interactions. ( definition based on: E. Dryll Homo narrans – wprowadzenie, 2004)
Yep, vague is the best word to describe it right now.
However, I won't surrender that easy. I am going to collect here my thoughts, references, links, texts, documentations etc. Treat it like a small archives that You can refer to and on which You have to comment. Your participation is most highly required.
Seriously guys ! Don't let me die alone in Geneva !
